Quick and Easy Oil Painting

My latest oil painting was quick and easy.....and fun! Maybe it was the heat that caused the paint to dry so quickly, but I think it was because I changed my medium. I used linseed oil and mineral spirits. I've only used mineral spirits before in painting a wash.

This is the second picture inspired by a brown shell. I like it. It's different for me.
