I just won 2nd place in a just for fun contest on Fine Art America for my fossil sketch!

My "World Famous" Sweet Tea Recipe

For One Gallon of Sweet Iced Tea

*Boil 4 cups of water in microwave or stovetop.
*Add 2 bags of family size tea bags and steep for about 10 minutes.
*Add 1 cup of granulated sugar to a gallon size container.
*Add a "pinch" of baking soda to nuetralize any bitter taste, it will darken the tea color too.
*Pour the steeped tea, but not the bags, into the container and fill the rest of the way with cold water.
*Stir well and refridgerate. Serve over ice.

That's the way I do it...not strong, not too sweet...add more tea, more or less sugar to taste.
